A+H was hired by Sam Schwartz Pedestrian Traffic Management Services (SSPTMS), a sister company of the Sam Schwartz Consulting - a leading traffic and transportation planning and engineering firm based in New York City. SSPTMS specializes in optimizing high-volume pedestrian and vehicle traffic flow on busy streets, at large venues, and at special events nationwide. SSPTMS was interested in increasing their online presence and lead generation, but they weren’t quite ready for a full website at the time. A+H proposed a long-term, multi-phase solution. Phase 1 consisted of launching a landing page; a web page intended to capture business leads and inform visitors about SSPTMS’ capabilities. To increase Search Engine rankings A+H added a blog section to the landing page. This allowed for original content to be added on a regular basis, a key element for search engine optimization (SEO). Within months of launching the landing page SSPTMS acquired a large, $300,000 national client. The new client discovered SSPTMS after conducting a quick web search for pedestrian traffic managers. After learning about the services SSPTMS provides, the client contacted them through the contact form on SSPTMS’ landing page. After continued success generating leads and new customers with the landing page SSPTMS was ready for Phase 2 - converting their landing page into a full website. A+H proposed to design and develop a mobile-friendly website consisting of multiple web pages. Expanding the landing page into a full website created an affordable option for SSPTMS to establish an online presence early on, while keeping the option for a full website in sight.
